JUST GOT THE SADDEST PHONE CALL FROM THE HUBS
I GOT IN TO A CAR CRASH LAST THURSDAY.. HAVENT HAD THE TRUCK SINCE NOT TO MUCH DAMMAGE I THOUGHT... THE TRUCK HAS SEEN WORSE DAYS RIGHT.. NOPE
INSURANCE COMPANY CALLED AND TOLD HIM ITS TOTALED OUT

I SERIOUSLY WANT TO HIDE FROM THIS WINTER AND COME OUT WHEN THE BEARS DO.
I THINK WE ARE GOING TO BUY IT BACK BECAUSE IT STILL DRIVES JUST A LOT OF COSMETIC DAMMAGE AND ALSO A TWEEKED FRAME AND STEERINGWHEEL BUT
THERE GOES MY BEAUTIFUL WONDERFUL TRUCK IVE HAD FOR A SHORT 10 YEARS
NOW TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER WHEN I START WORK IN ABOUT 6 MONTHS.
I WONDER ABOUT THE OTHER LADYS CAR.... IT WAS SMASHED MORE THEN MINE WAS,

QJ, ah ok. It's hard when dealing with younger bird owners. Did you check with KansasKid yet?

Evelle... So sorry your truck is total, you are lucky to be ok if they totaled it.

QJ, yep tend to be on a breed I spent 9 months researching and visiting farms to look at birds and learn good from bad before getting our own. All the birds we have (Sebbie) were bought as proven adults or grown out fall juveniles so we knew what we were getting quality wise.

No, I'm just going to wait. I want to spend some time with this one for awhile. And when the time is right I'll find something. Or get some more hatching eggs next year. Who knows what I'll do. I'm out of control.

I wouldnt buy those Sebastopol eggs. They lack chest curl, they have some, but since they are curly breasted, not smooth they should have way more. Their wing and back feathers are thin and straggly. Not a quality example of the breed, and IMHO not worth any cost for the eggs.
eBay is full of bad looking Sebastopol hatching eggs for sale. Not every Sebbie should be used for breeding. Pets fine yes as not every bird of any species/breed should be used. However using I fervor birds to rip people off on eBay by selling hatching eggs is not right. Again just MY Oppinion here.

I wouldn't want the sebbies. I emailed her about her dewlaps, because they are sure cute and chunky looking to me. But, if you think it is a bad deal, that I will re-think purchase.
