QJ - I hope your babies hatch soon too! I bet you need the sleep, girl, its been a crazy week for you!

I'm about to put my 4 remaining of 6 ebay turkey eggs on lockdown. My new incubator hasn't come, so they are gonna have to start in the regular one, with the others. I'm just talking them out of the turner, and laying them on their sides on a plastic lid w/a paper towel. I don't stress overly on my humidity, it goes back and forth between 25% and 55% about every 3 days. I'll just up the humidity for everyone, and hopefully the bator will come tomarrow, or else I'm gonna have to dig out one of my old but reliable homemade ones, with a light bulb heator, temp controlled by opening and closing holes, and two old but trusty thermometers. (am I the only one who checks them in ice water? If they are at 32, I'm good, or else I adjust for the temp based on how far off it is)

What are you doing tomarrow morning? OH, yeah, babysitting. I think I'd just tell them no, but very very sweetly. Do what Julie said, tell them your kid has taken to wanting to bite. A lot. OH yea, and headlice and maybe bed bugs should do it.

Hey all! For some reason my computer won't let me respond to everyone's posts individually like I normally do.

So I see babies and pips and new incubators and girl scout cookies.

When I laid my turkeys down for lockdown, one was allready pipped! Shame I can't test my didgetal like I can the others.
