Time change day El Sucko! (That's Spanish for SUCKS). Kids are totally off on their naps. Which is no bueno for me. (that's Spanish for no good.)

And just for kicks, my ducks are acting weird. I wonder if that's a solar flare thing. Or a time change thing.

OH and Julie.. I was cleaning windows the other day and notice a spider crack in my living room one. Gee... I wonder who that was.

We're on spring break here so I have all children home with me. Gonna be a long week. They are already on each other's nerves right now.

Same here. And they were going to spend a few days at nonni's to play with the daycare kids, but she is in a different district so my sis-in-laws (16 and 17yrs) won't be home to help because their spring break is next week. So no break for me.

Woke to a bunch of popcorn Quail Hatching! So far I have 41 that have hatched
I set 146 ~ Still not due til tomorrow! So hopefully I get more

Baby "Twitchy" is still resting. Tomorrow was hatch day so he's a day early. He pipped on the small end of the egg and the air cell was still in tact. He started crying very loudly for a while so I assisted him out slowly over the course of a few hours. Working at it a little at a time. I think he might have been pulling on the bulge, maybe when he was attempting to turn? Hopefully things get better.

Can I get some eggs from you? My last batch was a total loss. Only 1 egg had even started to make an embryo. all others were hollow shells. I was trying for Jumbos, but they don't seem to be as vigorous.

Anyone here have Jumbo Corturnix???
