But I mean is the brooder outside? I wondered if you could just put him in it. I just unplugged my turner and left them in there. Eventually I just got rid of the turner altogether because it always got in the way of things.

Well, Hes still very damp from his hatch, and I need to clean the brooder. I'm thinking, since hes gonna be a loner baby, He will be outside for the day, and brought in at night.
She is! She acts like 20 minutes of the puter, is 2 hours! Sheesh!

My boss loves them, but they belong to our former poultry guru who is also a member here. She's trying to clear some space at her place to take them home. Their eggs look just like a BEI egg. I wonder if I'd get any silkie-feathered ducklings if I crossed a BEI and a silkie?
