Three day old Baby chick not accepted and Attacked!

So my boyfriend's chickens, silkys, had three babies, this little one was a bit delayed, and she was fine for two days, but she was getting picked on, then she got attacked tonight, I just got her a few hours ago, she's only three days old and she's got a bald spot on her neck with a gash kinda, it's kinda hard to tell. Shes doing fine, but she won't eat or open her eyes? I have her drinking some sugar water cause she ended up becoming really frail and not chirping but now shes loud again and drinking but she won't stop sleeping either? I've only had her for a few hours but shes on a heating pad with a rag around her. We're in a basement so shes cold but this seems to be keeping her warm! ^^ I've only taken care of three chicks prior to this but they all did fine and it was two years ago. I have never delt with an injured one?

This is her wound, she won't open her eyes but she has a few times so I know shes not blind I just think they hurt maybe?

You can put some neosporin without pain relief on the wound and perhaps give her some egg yolk

Hopefully she pulls through!

Shes now not chirping as much, shes drinking water still but she keeps lowering her head like shes sleeping?

ill definitely get on that, its 3am where i am though and i dont know if i have any eggs.

I had eggs I got her some yolk but shes now just laying down and shes still breathing but shes opening and closing her mouth

It's possible that she has a birth defect or something and that's why her mom and siblings pushed her away, animals pretty good at sensing when an individual is weaker
By all means keep trying, just be aware what's going on with her may not be fixable
