It does have pretty long saddle feathers but they are rounded. I think that is what confuses me the most. lol. It is definitely almost three months old, because I am for sure it was hatched on Mother's day. I just wish I knew what the other half of it was. Some long and straight breed with yellow skin and a pea comb. Because even the hen that layed the egg doesnt have a small comb like this one does. What a mystery.
BTW Cowgirl71, That calf in your profile picture is so pretty! I love the way it looks! What kind is it?
