Three mysterious deaths

Maybe it's in the grass that you're moving the tractor around on, even though the tractor is contained within another run.
Insecticides and herbicides are quite toxic to chickens, especially chicks... Is it possible that the grass (or even a small part of the grass) was hit with something to kill, for example, an ant mound? Could all of the grass have been treated with something for weeds?

Not that I’m aware of. If that were the case, I would think it would affect the other birds in the overall pen since there are some younger birds in there as well. Everyone is fine except for those in the chicken tractor.
 
I've heard issues housing chickens with turkeys before. Is the turkey sick?
I don’t have experience with turkeys, but the birds that actually grew up with the turkey are fine and the turkey itself is sassy and active so I don’t think so.
