Mamie Eisenhower has been laying an egg almost every day for a little over three weeks and they’re still small. Cute, but small! She’s one of two Whiting True Greens, but I caught Lucy Hayes, the other WTG, laying a tan egg, so I know they’re all hers.
So how long before they come out regular size?

Give her a few more weeks. Some new layers don't crank out full size eggs for a month to six weeks.

Be aware that breed and genetics play a role in egg size. Some hens will lay jumbo eggs while the same breed will produce only a small egg. The individual size of the hen doesn't really have a relationship to egg size. My most petite hen lays one of the largest eggs in my flock.

...or it can take months until you get a 'large' sized egg.
I tracked the egg weights of my first group of 6 pullets for a year.

Why they are called pullet eggs,
and remember pullets aren't hens until one year of age.

I'll revamp my expectations!
Good for you!
I think human expectations are the crux of many chicken 'problems'.

I'd give anything for a pullet egg about now, my hens are all molting and the pullets haven't started to lay yet.

And of course, the chickens won't increase egg size equally. One of my girls is laying large eggs, 2 are laying small eggs, 3 are laying medium eggs. 2 still not laying. They were all late April hatch.
