Okay, I'm beginning to brainstorm the Breeding order.

Gonna take the Father F2, & Daughter F3, from my first project, & breed those two together.

Only will pick the best out of the batch to continue breeding with.

Take the new F1, & Breed to Malay. (Thinking if I should use AI for this portion, or not)

Take F1 X Malay cross, & Breed together to preserve certain traits like heaviness, leg length, neck length, & the walnut comb, foraging, & running ability, brooding instinct.

Take the F2, & breed to Cracker Fowl. This cross should give speed, stronger breast muscles, more foraging ability, some flightiness, brooding instinct.

Take the F3, & Breed to Black Sumatra. More strength in the breast muscles, foraging ability, multiple spurs, & fanciness.

(Note: I may add some Heritage Plymouth Barred to help preserve barring)

Take the F4, & cross to Easter Egger, he should give the blue egg gene, & beard, plus other feather color possibilities.

Take the F4, & breed to American Game/Marans cross. He will give a more friendly personality, & white coloration to some of the offspring.

Next step is to refine the bird, so correct anything that I see as a flaw.

Flaws: Solid, no barring.

No green eggs.

Feathers ain't fancy enough.

Too short, & chunky.

Too aggressive.

Not heavy enough.

Yellow legs.

Spurs are lacking.

Can't fly even a little bit.

Not broody.

Eats to much.

Eats to little.

Too fluffy.

So, yeah gonna be extra picky, this time.

So yeah, with the Rainbow Runners, they can be bred to be one color, if certain colors are isolated, & only bred together instead of mixing.

Reds to Reds

Blacks to blacks

Blacks to blue

Blue to blue (For Splash)

Splash to Splash

And so on. That's if anyone wants to be organized with the new breed. Or you can let them be any color possibility instead.

Is there a reason for white skin other than it being a dominant gene? I would really like to see splash birds. Also, are you breeding for dual purpose? As in good layers?
No other reason for white skin, except I think it would look good on this type of bird.

Yep, Duel purpose. Technically multipurpose. Good egg layer, decent table bird, ornamental, & flock Protector.

And also, how do you plan to have them be accepted by the APA? That's never crossed my mind.
