Butchering the first 7/14 birds on Wednesday.

I'm gonna start with butchering the boys first: 4 Porcelain D'uccles, 2 Project cull cockerels, & a Silkie cockerel.

Next will be 1 project cull hen, 2 Porcelain D'uccle hens, 1 Buff Orpington hen, 1 Brahma hen, & a Mille Fleur D'uccle/OEGB cross rooster, & a Buff Orpington mix rooster.

Gonna do a new cross to try for some meaties this year. Gonna see how well, EE/Brahma X Malay will preform with breast meat.

The hen I have, has nice filled out breast muscles.

Gold Laced Rose Combed OEGBs, or maybe Laced Brassy Back, Rose Combed OEGBs.

Or maybe Hennie Brassy Backs, I have a Sebright hen, that can be used.
