Hello,

That is great! I did not know that!
Great selection! What is your favorite?

My favorite?
I cannot choose!
Mint is easy to grow.
Rosemary is easy to grow and smells amazing!!
Thyme...well... IT SMELL AWESOME!!! ;)

Good observation! True that!
I love rosemary too, but never had luck growing it...

I'll try this year, but it might be too late so maybe next.
Mint is very healthy! Cool! I also want to try spearmint.

What do/have you been using Thyme for? Please tell!!!

Sincerely, K

Hello,

Nice to meet you! I am glad to hear,
that there's another Thyme grower on backyard Chickens.

I am very happy that you are having good luck with your Thyme!
Have you been using it for drinks/food or anything like that?

Sincerely,
The Angry Hen

I grow lemon thyme, very good on herb roasted fish. Now you have me thinking of a tea made with it. For the fish I lay flounder fillets on a baking sheet and brush them with melted butter mixed with lemon thyme, basil, and scallions with some black pepper. Then fire it on the grill at max heat say 600 for 10-12 minutes.
