Tiny bugs in feed

Hi, I went out today and bought some layer pellets, I brought the bag home and realised it was full off ting bugs. Does anyone know what these bugs are? And is it safe to feed the pellets to the chickens or should I just take the bag back?

No clue what they are, you could call the feed store. Have you purchased from them in the past? Question the freshness of the feed, I'd return it & open the replacement bag before leaving there.
