Tip of beak missing??

My black mixed breed Hawk, had a black beak that ended in a clear tip, and today I noticed the tip of the top beak is gone! She seems fine and doesn't seem to notice but its really upset me, I have no idea how its happened. Would it be because the tip was clear?

Yeh she's been eating fine, I haven't seen her drink but she's running around normaly. I'm so confused as to how this would happen also

She might have pecked something too hard. What kind of food do you give her and do you freerange her in the yard?

Now it took a bit of work but she is doing fin now but I also
have to keep an eye on her daily to make sure she is eating

The bottom I had to file down so she could eat better

I've been keeping an eye on her and she's been eating fine, they get let out at 5am every day and have free range of our huge backyard, and put themself away at night. She gets fed normal chook food and I throw it out onto the grass so she's pecking on soft ground which is why I'm so confused.

It is good to know she is getting along just fine now
