This one makes me fall over every time. I never remember the names for poses and whenever we do this one the instructor tells us to grab our blocks. I can do this just fine without thinking, but when trying to sit on the stupid block, whomp! down I go.

Snow means more hay. A LOT more hay. And more clothes. And busting ice.

Eff that.

Which part of VA do you live in? E, W, N, S? Do you usually get a lot of snow? We never got much by the coast nor by the mountains in NC.
