I try and try but can’t advance. I even tried getting the dog to pull me

Cross country, by the way. I dont even want to try downhill!

I am a downhill skier myself and it's MUCH easier than cross country IMO. I suppose I"m a bit biased, I have done both, but definitely WAY more downhill. It's much easier because gravity helps you out The books for cross country are definitely waaaaaaaay comfier though.

I cant stand the wind mainly or the dreariness. I’m curled up on the couch with blankets in .90° weather when the ac turns on.
They need to work on ambient cold temp control that don't involve moving air.

I like the cold much more than the heat. It's fun to be all bundled up to go outside. I agree about the overcast skies though-I hate when the clouds give especially flat lighting. Makes everything all grey and disorienting.

I get S.A.D.D. so yes, I hate too many cloudy days. I prefer sunshiny days, even if it is just sun peeking through the clouds.
