I am not good at identifying breeds but i do know #3 is really darn pretty!!!!! i wish I could find a bird like that over here!

The first bird is a cross, more noticably, with a breed that has vulture hocks. I would assume it is either a booted bantam or d'uccle cross, but not a BCM.
