I am trying to decide whether to candle now or wait until tomorrow. D7 started at 2pm. Hmmmm... of course I want to now, lol. Technically, when you say D7 does it mean after 7 full days?

I candle all the time. I'm bad. But you should be able to see stuff now.
I did check them on D4 and saw some veins, and pulled one with a blood ring. I plan to weigh them, too, to check weight loss to see if the humidity needs tweaking.

Yes, D7 is when the 7th day has completed. You start the count at D0 when you set the eggs.
That being said, I also don't shy away from candling periodically. No reason you can't sneak a peak tonight and do a thorough check tomorrow.
Lol. Yes, I agree. I was trying to talk myself out of candling tonight. It isn't working very well, though.

Just added 3 BCM & EE x, 3 EE, and 10 CCL eggs to the incubator. YAY! I think I'm addicted!

I candled on D6!
I peeked at my goose eggs, it's only day 2 and I can't see anything. I shouldn't have done that. I've never invested this much money on eggs before and I'm unnecessarily stressed now, lol. It's silly because I already know I rarely can see development before day 3 and goose eggs shells are thick!
