I think it started because a lot of toilet paper is made in China and imported all over the place. The people that were aware of that decided to stock up thinking there would eventually be a shortage...then other people, being the panic lemmings that we are, had to buy toilet paper before everyone else bought all of the toilet paper...I mean, I wasn't panicked but I bought extra a couple weeks ago when I started seeing it in other countries. I knew it was probably a matter of time. So I haven't been completely innocent either.

Ah that makes a bit more sense. I haven’t been innocent either. I bought extra too when I realized I might not be able to get any for a while.

So you're like me... Do you eat dairy or eggs?

Yes. I have a love hate relationship with eggs. Sometimes they gross me out but I do like how they taste. I was 13 when I stopped eating meat. I'm not really a great vegetarian so I mostly just say I don't eat meat. No seafood either. That not only tastes bad but it smells bad too.

I agree with some seafood smelling bad. I am just plant based, but I process and cook our own chickens now.

I think Australia led the charge in this one somebody started a rumor that the card board roll inside the toilet paper was only produced in China, and China locked down the one factory that makes these tubes.... which is completely fake! Our company Kimberly Clark is our countries biggestbiggest supplier of toilet paper, paper towels etc and make their own tubes! 60% of our toilet paper and the likes are made right here in our own country but apparently nobody knows this . People also don't seem to realise how long it lasts.... a 20 bulk pack lasts our family of 5 like 2 months. Its the most insane thing to buy

Wow! Power to you guys. My family of 5 burns through the stuff. When my mom and sister visit they go through a roll every other day in the guest bathroom alone.

One time we had a puppy and she grabbed the end of the roll and literally ran through the entire house with it and TP'd our whole house
