Amen, Scrambled Egg. My thoughts exactly. As I said to the person in question, via email, I gave of my heart to help the ones in need (in this case, her animals) and for that reason, I am NOT sorry.

I am only sorry that this person felt it necessary to not be completely honest and forthright about the situation.

Bottom line, the animals needed help, and we gave it. GOOD FOR US!

The situation here is about a con artist with a criminal record, who caused many to be disillusioned and has selfishly and criminally caused other people in REAL need not to be able to get the help they deserve because of the aura of distrust.

This was a sad situation all around.

Rarely do things get "deleted." There are a hand full of edits a week per few thousand posts, and some hot, reported, controversial threads do get moved temporarily for discussion, but few disappear forever, unless of course it is completely against the rules we try to keep for a family friendly site.

Chances are, if you can't find it, it rolled off the first few pages of recent posts! Often if you remember key words, you can use the search function and find it again.
