Context: These were shipped eggs. I did rest them before incubating but this one had a weird shaped air cell as it incubated

It's day 23 and they just started pipping, but one has pipped at the wrong end.

This is my first "breech" so to speak so unsure as whether to assist in this case or wait.

It's been about 14 hours with no progress. I do hear her chirping.

I know it can take longer but unsure whether because of the weird air cell situation I should intervene sooner.

Any advice is appreciated!

You need to help the wrong end pipper if it isn't out after 12 hours of pipping. So far I have had 5 chicks pipping wrong end the 3 I didn't helped all never hatched and died and the 2 I did help survived
