Can I hear the pros and cons of egg booster and what it is and how it works?

A friend of mine had gotten six eggs in three days........... From two hens.... And she said that is the only thing she changed.

I have no idea what that is, so can't really say. I can tell you, as a very wise woman here once said, "Hens are not vending machines". They are living creatures and their bodies are designed to only produce so much. Trying to super boost production seems like it would highly increase the chances of reproductive issues, drastically reducing the hen's lifespan. Sorry if this is something I'm passionate about!

Oh don't appoligoze! I want what is best for my animals as well. Trust me I've saved one of my chickens from a hawk and a coyote this year. Got all kinda of treats and good feed and a heat lamp (we're in Ohio). My husband thinks I'm nuts. To him they are disposable. I love my chickens. And I want them to live long healthy lives. And that's why I was just curious about the egg booster. Cause hens already seem to naturally have reproductive issues. I figure givin them something that stimulates egg production would make one bound up at some point.

There are many urban myths out there. In general, if it is too good to be true....

If the normal cycle is one egg in 24 hours, perverting that may not have a good ending.
