To Roo or Not To Roo

I have 6 BR and 5 BOs. I have one BR that challenges me and has even jumped on my back when I was bent over. Is this a roo or a pullet. They are all 12 weeks old.

The first is a close up of the face. The second, is a full shot. The third, it is on the left. Any input would be appreciated.

At first I was going to say hen but then I saw the second and third picture where you can see the tail and now I am thinking it might be a late blooming rooster.
It's tail looks to be "hooking" like in a rooster but I don't see any hackle or saddle feathers like in a rooster.

Right know I will say hen but I wouldn't bet the farm on it....

Thanks so much. I'll go with pullet for now. I don't know yet if I want a rooster. This is my first time.
