I'm thinking about changing mine, however, I'm known fairly well under my one I have now. So, how long does it take would you say for people to get used to your new one? Would you do it if your well known at all?

Now, "Toejam" is such a unique name. I won't say I haven't wondered
about it...the story behind it. But I've never said anything cause I'm a nice
quiet little Spook.

But...who would you want to be if you weren't Toejam anymore? Just a symbol
like that singer once known as Prince? You can't be me, cause I'm me. You can't
be Ranchhand cause Ranchhand is still being Ranchhand.

So who would you want to be?

More importantly, why?

I wouldn't change my username because I'm so close to 1,000 posts. and I feel most of the people here (at least) some know me as Chickengal505. It would be like changing my real name. When I see chickengal505 I think "Hey thats me!"

The story is when I was 9 I got my 1st chickens. I named my black silkie toejam. It is my favorite chicken I have and why I first signed up for the BYC I couldnt think of anything else. I dont why I made it my user name(as a teen). I was thinking about changing it to FowlersFunkyFowl cause that is the name of our little "farm". I sorta feel people dont take my advice as serious because of my name.
