To vaccinate or not

I hatched a bunch of chicks last year and never vaccinated. I did feed them medicated feed for any chance of cocci, but is it good, bad or indifferent to get them vaccinated for Mareks? I am going to be hatching a lot more chicks this year and am wanting to see if there are any of you who have been doing this a long time who have an opinion?
