Today is day 16 - patiently waiting for my quail to hatch.

Temp went up to 105F but I think its frm the quails bodies. humidity is at 80%. This is my first time trying and these are button quail. I hve not opened it since yesterday to fill it up with warm water.

I also have some buttons due to hatch tomorrow ( Day 16 )

Hopefully I will have a good hatch.

first time with button quail,.. the eggs are so tiny it is hard to believe a bird can hatch from them

I was shocked when I saw how small they are. If everything goes well tomorrow I am getting more after my chicken eggs hatch. I heard they are the size of a bumble bee when they hatch so cant wait to get pics.

Do quail eggs wiggle like chicken eggs? Mine arnt wiggling yet.
