Today is day 21!!! We see one crack! A few questions..plz look.

I had had some hatch as quick as 2 hours from first sign of pip to zipping and hatching. Longest I have had one hatch was 26 hours.

You really should leave them in the bator until they have all hatched. They are just fine for a day or even 2 without food or water. Remember, hatcheries ship chicks all the time and they often dont arrive for 2 or 3 days. Even tho you didnt see the temp or humidity go down when you opened the lid, it does, and can affect your hatch. Hope the rest hatch for you.
