Todays Field trip... (04/26/15)

Well, today our flock is 11 days old (hatched 04/15/2015) and we took a field trip to the coop for a couple hrs. Setup litter, light, food, water, grit and a dirt scratch box w/native soil. Set them in the litter and within a minute they had migrated to the light/heat. The high today was ~60F, the coops inside ambient temp was ~75-78 and under the light ~92-95.

There was lotsa stretching, some flutter of wings and much investigation, but rarely far from the light. Shot a few videos...

EDIT: I did have videos embedded in this post, but it seems the site SW doesn't allow standard PHP embedding of VIDs. )o: (same I use at other PHP forums) Hope I can figure this out so the VIDs can be viewed...

UPDATE: OK, let's try this. Sorry, can only show links to the VIDs. Smugmug (using Adobe Flash Player) and how the site SW is configured, will not allow me to embed VIDs via PHP coding.

ps: If anyone with knowledge/abilities/geekness with the site SW would like to know what I ran into, I'll be happy to comm in PM or email... well, unless you already know and can educate me about why, what is normal on PHP boards can't happen the same way here. Thanks...
