I'm running supplemental light and still poor production. The low last night was 28 and today 52 with heavy wind and still only four eggs from fourteen girls. I may have a couple going into molt but that still doesn't explain the low numbers. Hopefully it will pick up.

I'm feeding 16% Purina "Fresh Recipe" layer with some whole corn mixed in. There is plenty of oyster shell and grit available for them to free choice. Looks like the low tonight will be 28 and the high will only get up to 38 tomorrow. The girls also free range a hour or two in the evening too.

Low 4 F, High 20 F
6 eggs

They are going to have to do 11 tomorrow to get back to the 2 dozen every 3 days they hit twice last week. Not holding my breath.

We had 10/17 today with a hi of 64. Been busy lately so haven't kept close track but did get 14/17 one day last week.

P.S. congrats Gifa on the 100%!

Stop adding corn to their feed... It's high fat low protein... basically candy to them... of course they like it... but it's lowering their overall protein intake because they are probably picking that out first. If you want to add anything, add oats, rolled or whole or some Black Oil Sunflower Seeds. Same with scratch... cut way back on treats that don't offer protein for a week. This will help your molters too.

I only give my girls 3-4 cups of scratch a week... total... that's only 1 ounce each every other day of scratch.
