Duckling gave it a try. She still isn't good at biting things off and chewing. But, I am sure some got swallowed.
I would be able to eat it if someone offered, but I am not in heaven. I had the last few bites with hot sauce. Not sure if I will eat it over the next few days or just freeze it. Make someone else eat it.

It isn't bad. I don't really like meat anyway. I eat it and crave it certain ways, but I am okay without it. I often forget to use hamburger in Italian dishes like spaghetti and lasagna. A steak not seasoned gets smothered in A1.

I was thinking about canning it, but a soup might work too. If only I ate soup.
I won't dismiss the idea though.
