Forgive me for crashing in on you guys here but I have a few questions and I didn't know where else to look.

What are the color/pattern differences in Tolbunt and Mille Fluer?

I have two Ameraucana roosters that I don't know what to call colorwise.
They are close to either Tolbunt or Mille Fluer with some blue mixed in.
They have more red in the shoulders than the other colors seem to have. Kinda like a Red Pyle.
I can't post any pics and I know it is hard to give an answer without seeing them but I just thought I would try and see what you guys think.

Many Thanks for any help.

Those aren't Ameraucanas

Those are Easter Eggers. Ameraucanas do not come in that color.

But, Mille Fleur is having brown feathers tipped with white and a black blob in the middle. Tolbunt is having gold laced feathers with a white tip. The difference being that one is a normal brown with mottling, one is gold laced with mottling. Your Easter Egger is simply a Golden Duckwing (very different) with melanizers, making his chest have white spots on them. It's a common Easter Egger color.

SO sorry to hear of your loss baregretchen!

I hope your flock bounces back, that is something one really cannot replace too easily.

Awww...not much that's cuter than a little frizzle chick!

I had two Tolbunts hatch yesterday. A few weeks ago the girls weren't laying too great, so I only had 3 eggs to set when their "batch" went in the incubator. These were the two that made it. Hopefully the first two of many this season! I've got two pens set up and everyone has really picked up laying...I've set a bunch the past couple of weeks. So far with these eggs I've set recently fertility is near 100%.

Doesn't matter how much I hatch, I still get excited.
