Tom or hen?

This is our first time owning turkeys and we aren’t exactly sure how to sex them or when we can. They are 11/12 weeks old! They get big and poofy for a few seconds and hiss?

It’s best to wait until they’re 3 months old I’ve read and to get good pictures of all angles. Blurry pictures would do no good in helping you sex them.

ETA: but if I’m wrong hopefully someone can help
