Tom with twisted leg

I have a 5 month old tom whose leg is twisted. I can't see any evidence of injury and the skin over the shank is twisted, The hock goes under him and touches the other leg. I thought the hip might have been dislocated but it doesn't seem to be. We're thinking of killing him. Should we process him?

Sounds like it could be slipped tendon.
