Tomatoe Worms! GRRRRRRRRR!!!

They just show up, full grown it seems like. I guess it is time to dust the plants.

But my plants are 8 feet tall. I would have to give them a ladder. Ha Ha
 
I remember when I was a kid my dad having me go out and pick those things off.

But it has been a long time since we have had one.
 
I think I found the solution last year. Hang a bug zapper light near your tomato plants. The "worms" are really moths. If the moths go to the light and die, they don't get to lay the eggs on your plants. I just figured this out last summer I hung my bug light on the clothesline, which is a few feet from the tomato patch, and had almost no tomato worms all year!
