We found a place!!!! Actually we are leasing until all the PURCHASE paperwork is done in November!! I don't know how we did all this in 2 days but our realtor is just awesome! She was working for us as the buyer realtor! Stayed at work until 11 last night working and signing things!!! Anyone wanting a good realtor for the State College, PA area should definitely look at Lee Sheerin! She works both as a buying realtor and selling! Way above and beyond the call of duty!

I lived in NJ for 6 years and went to PA a lot. Beautiful country; hilly, lots of native rhododendron and wildflowers, and horses. Cool place. Can we see pics of your new house?
