Great idea! How much could I get per ticket for lots of gobbling, strutting, and chest-bumping? No blood and gore? Yet....

Don't fret....you will see some blood. The older the toms get the more fierce the fights get. My older Royal Palm and Bourbon Red gobblers decided to settle who was boss when I let them out of their respective pens. They fought for more than 30 minutes and both came out of it with some blood on the head.

Well, hopefully, the only bloodshed will be on "processing" day, which I hope to arrange.....SOON! Got a good lead on someone (from another country, where they are still in touch with and not afraid of where their food comes from! I'm still working on it, myself!) who is very excited at the prospect of trading butchering for a young turkey dinner!!
