My chickens tend to poo like that after i've been feeding them worms. They aren't sick, it just happens every so often. i just noticed it distinctly once after a mealworm party.

Looks like cecal poo to me but I am not an expert. I gave mine some watermelon rind because it is so hot here and they do get the runs after fruit. I expect it so it doesn't freak me out. Yours may just be normal, if they are acting okay prob. not cocci.

Mine have poos like that I never even thought about it I mean we (humans) get funny poos sometimes too and don't really worry about it. My chicken's just go away after a day or two.
