Too much yogurt? Impacted crop? Please help!

If it a poultry vitamin then you can either put some in her water or squirt some in a bowl and make her sip it. For the poultry nutri drench I just use a few squirts in the water.... Not an exact science from me...sorry.. Lol

Okay!! I woke up this morning and most of the crop was down! Ah! So excited! I could still feel a small clump of something in there...including a little bit of grit, but not nearly as much as there was the day before...and all the liquid was gone since she didn't drink while she was sleeping.

Should I keep giving her only water until the ting flushes out? Should I give her some grit to help grind it up? I guess I could give olive oil and massage it, hoping it's not sour crop.

Thoughts?

I'd keep giving the vitamin water, oil and very soft food that won't need much grinding up. I'd do that for at least a week then if it seems like the crop is working well, slowly add moist chick crumble....

Great! If I keep her penned up outside in our run, away from grass, etc, (it would be a dirt ground) and control her foods, you think her pecking at the dirt would hurt?

You could soak her feed in water so it's mushy and feed it to her. Chickens pull through some amazing things that you would not believe. She should be fine. Just keep an eye on her and keep lots of fresh water with ACV for her.
