Too Noisy! Can they be quieted?

Perhaps you will find ways to enjoy your chickens more.

I really have never experienced my birds "screeching" in the morning. They definitely up their little clucking sounds, but that's it. Then again, I let them out of their coop at 6 a.m.
Mine really only make a lot of noise when they've laid an egg. I've checked in with the neighbors and no one minds the noise. Now, the yappy little dog down the street does get talked about

My 2 hens used to be nice and quite now recentley when i let them out early in the morning about 5am one of them has started to make a racket so now i have to keep them locked up till about 8am ~ i'm just hoping none of my neighbours has complained yet groan

My EE is the loudest squawker. She is a real fusser until she gets in the laying box and then she is quiet the rest of the day. My BRs are as quiet as can be.
