Topic of the Week - What do you do with all those eggs?

Pics
I don't get many eggs. Pippin is always broody so she rarely lays. Chicks are still too young to lay. Fries lays so I get an egg every day.
We eat the eggs or use them for cooking.
If there are too many eggs, we give to neighbours and friends to butter them up to look after the birds during the summer lol 😆

As we all know eggs are a welcome benefit of keeping chickens, but sometimes, especially after chicken math hits and the flock grew, some of us may have the wonderful dilemma of having a few too many eggs! I'm curious to hear what you all do with your chickens' eggs. Especially the extra ones.

Iiving in semi rural Alabama, i don't recieve any interest in anyone wanting to buy fresh eggs (I don't pursue that endeavor either), so i give away 3 or so dozen a week to my immediate neighbors. I've never had a neighbor offer to pay anything for them, or the cheap bastards offer to chip in for feed, either, lol 😆

We have 12 hens that lay so we get about 9 eggs a day. (2 hens are about 6 years old so lay rarely) We just keep in in our fridge. My family aren't big egg people, so we eat about 12 eggs a week, and we get 9 eggs a day. Do the math. We can really sell them, because of certain reasons. My Saint Bernard gets an egg everyday and my 3 cats get 1 egg a day, sometimes two.
