totally stuck please help

I have an ex battery girl who is around 2 years for the last few days she has been moving very slowly, she still eats and drinks, and if I take treats out she still comes with the others, I have just noticed that she seems to have poop stuck to her vent, possibly blocking it, I have also noticed that her crop is empty, her comb is very dark and shriveled, I have her in a warm bath at the moment, please can anyone help me or give me advice

How good of you to take in a battery cage hen. You are an wonderful example to us all. What more could you have done ?
Everything didn't work. It was her time God Love her.
I feel sorry about her and all of her kind.
And I am feeling sympathy for the you feel.
She is in peace now, you will see her again. God made her and God will take care of her and you.

Thank you, I took in 5 and am now left with 3, they all have there own personalitys and I love them, I will always do what I can as to me there not just chickens, they are our pets
