Well it's a need in showing as well - and you don't necessarily have to breed to show.

It's a very awesome to have on hand in any situation if you have poultry. They get in to very fine detail about anatomy and everything. It's a very educational book in many ways

yes and showing too, the rest is info you can easily find for free (images of anatomy) online. I encourage people wanting to breed and those who want to show seriously (beyond the local 4H fun show) to buy a copy.
