That's a lot like saying "we never even had seat belts when I was a kid, and I'm still here, aren't I?"My ducks already lived with chickens n they all were fine
I know someone who maybe able to help decide servpolice. He's pretty good at guessing. I'll say 1st pic gander on left goose on right[this based on the way they are standing] 2nd pic is it the same goose with it's neck stretched out as the one standing with it's head up in the air?Wanted to share updated pictures of my three. Still have no idea of their genders but they seem to get along fine so far, of course they are still pretty young (about 8-10 weeks old). They love to be let out of their run so that they can "fly" into the wind and here in West Texas it is windy most of the time. If they try really hard that can get lift off and "fly" for about a foot or two at the great altitude of 10-12 inches off the ground. Anyone have any idea as to their gender I would be happy to hear it. Two of them have orange bills/beaks with a dark spot on the tip and orange/pinkish legs and feet. One has a pale pinkish bill/beak with no spot and pinkish legs and feet if that makes any difference.

So sounds like you maybe right. Hopefully serv will get my PM and add his 2 cents also. I just felt from observing my own gander that we could be right.Yes, Ms Lydia, they are one and the same. That is the one that has the pale beak and no spot. The other two have a more orange beak and a dark spot on the end of it. If that is the case then I have one male and two females...God I hope that is the case. The one you guess is a male also is the one that leads the other two around and gets between them and the ducks when they share the range area at the same time. He (?) stands a little taller most of the time as well. Tomorrow I go get the materials to build them their own coop and move them out of the duck coop. They are just too big to share anymore and they certainly deserve their own space.
