Lydia, I would guess double yoker EE based on the size next to the scovy egg in the picture. Just made a batch of chocolate expresso cookies with chocolate chips and walnuts using a goose egg. LoL gotta put them to use some how, so cookies and homemade mayo it is.

oh and Pete, we are getting two from that picture, center front and back right. Plus 5 buff juveniles and an adult grey pair too for a total of 13 dewlaps. Fun stuff, good times i tell ya.

Sounds yummy C.

They turned out extra yummy Lydia. Its a new recipe i need to tweak more but will work out well.
Well when you get it tweaked you'll have to share so that when I DO get a goose egg I can try it out.

Celtic requested a new picture of my crippled goose (gander?) Spirit. I figured this was the best place to post. I also went ahead and took pics of my other special needs babies.:

Spirit (hatched 5.12.2012; severely deformed legs from being malpositioned with blown aircell/badly shipped egg)

Blind girl aka Blossom (hatched late May/early June, 2012; unsure cause of blindness)

Shuffle 1.5 years old? (moderately rotated hip joints/pigeon toed from previous owner's neglect during development)

Hitch 1.5 years old? (severely rotated left hip joint from previous owner's neglect during development)

Thank you Celtic for the compliment. I'm afraid that the photo makes him look a little big though. Here are some better pictures of the pair.

@aoxa, That's neat that our geese hatched the same day. Did you incubate them yourself or buy them from a hatcher? These were from Holderreads.
