"It's his sister I worry about. " one dog said, glancing nervously at the some snow.
"Who knows, the next pile of snow might be her!" Another said, jumping at the other, scaring him. The dog yelp and ran away up to Marco.

"Knock it off!!" Marco yelled.

Putia shuddered. "His sister...?"

 

[Americano Blue]

The dog next to her grinned and nodded. "She's as mean as death, and has fur White as snow. She hides in snow drifts and waits..."

"Waits? For what?" Putia asked, gulping. She was terrified.
