Juna lifter her head and looked sadly at Jack. She lay back down whimpering.

Jack watched Juna. He tried to follow but his back leg stung badly as it dragged helplessly behind him. Jack winced in pain. He closed his eyes and gently laid down in the snow. He wanted to fall asleep. The pain pierced his body up and down. He hoped to somehow escape the pain, not being able to stand it.
