Tractor Supply chickens

No, not a Barnevelder. Barnevelders have Partridge feathering with black head and neck.

Their coloring does look a lot like my Olive Eggers.

Definitely need a little better light to see them, but the first and third look like Welsummers to me, not that I'm an expert by any means. The second one I don't know, but I would love to as we have a mystery hen in our coop who looks exactly like this! Light brown with specks of black all over.

Nice photos, beautiful birds!
I don't recognize the breed, but I'm wishing I had some too!

Tractor Supply website allows people to order chicks from Hoover's hatchery, so I poked around their site. The only thing there that resembles your birds (to my eyes) is their "rainbow" variety:

The description says they can come in any color, and the photo has a few that remind me of yours. They ("rainbow" chickens) appear to be some mix of chicken types, selected for egg production but no specific color. If that is what yours are, you can expect them to lay well, but not to reliably produce babies that look like themselves.

I really did not know what I had. The manager was just wanting to get rid of the last of them and he sold me 12 Barred rock pullets and these 2 for $7.00. (hard to pass up) He also threw in the half bag of feed and shavings that he had. They are much bigger than the Barred Rocks and that is why I thought that they were roos. I guess in hind site they could be a week older than the Barred Rocks and he just dumped them all together at the end. Thank you for all of your input. They are really pretty and now I will not have to fine new homes for them. We moved to NC from VA and I could not bring my birds, but I brought a bunch of hatching eggs from my old flock. I am only going to keep 2 Roos and I got several out of the 14 that hatched. Different breeds, but the dad was a Cream Crested Leg Bar. I am hoping that most of the hens will lay blue or multi colored eggs.
