My chickens actually come when called and so do my ducks!! It's pretty hilarious to see them all come running. Basically when they're free ranging, if I go outside and just start calling in a loud happy voice, "where's my peeps! Come get a treat peeps!" they all come on the run! Because they know there's treats and they're a bunch of foodies. It's more the tone of voice than actual words that mine respond to. I could probably go quote Shakespeare in my loud happy chicken voice, and they'd come to me. Just give them treats every time they respond and they'll learn in no time!
