Its Not beautifull But it works!

I took all of your comments into consideration and decided to make the door more secure. and since have gotten my new hens.
there's a close up at the bottom of my page.

I tried to figure out how to post that one picture on the message board, but I'm not that CPU savvy... sorry

I dont have the Birds yet. Obviously. but i going to put four hens and maybe a roo

Good idea, but my concern is that the run/coop is not predator proof at all.

Actually it is the wire fence is a 2x3 fencing with chicken wire around the bottom and on the grass. also i used hog rings to fasten each layer of wire together.

Chicken wire keeps chickens in or out, nothing else. And 2x3 won't keep out rats or possibly possums. Plus the gap around the gate. I think a coon could easily get in.

Very creative. Now if I can get my kids to part with their trampoline I know what I can do with it.

Just make sure they jump on it. It will give way soon enough!
