Trays of Sprouts for your chickens?

I was hoping to sprout some trays of greens for my chickens....any ideas on what to sprout? Thanks

Last year, some bird seed fell from the bird feeders and sprouted. My girls gobbled up the sprouts. Since then, I've been planting bird seed in trays for them. They seem to love it and the price is right. What I use is just a standard bird seed mixture. I know it has sunflower seeds & millet, and a few other things.
