My two Pekin ducks seem to have bumblefoot. They’ve gotten it before but I didn’t think much of it but it went away. It’s seem like they have gotten it again. I don’t know for how long they have had it, i just noticed it a couple days ago. I did some research on it and apparently it can be fatal. I love my ducks to death so I need to get this cured.
I saw some people do surgery. However, I want to know if I will need to do surgery on them. Is surgery the only option or can I wait for it to heal? Or can I use antibiotics?
Female Pekin duck- Left Foot
Girl Pekin duck- Right foot
Male Pekin duck- Left foot (thankfully only has it on its left)

Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
